Swimming Pool
Rowayton Woods offers a private pool facility with large deck and dining tables at the pool. There is no lifeguard, therefore children must be accompanied at all times by watchful adults.

Tennis Courts
The Tennis court is locked at all times with owners having a key for entrance. It is available for all residents on a first come basis.

Grounds Maintenance
The grounds of Rowayton Woods are professioanlly maintained and always enhanced for the season. Entering the complex is a delight to all.

Common Charges
Common Charges include all maintenance to the property and buildings that are exterior to the walls of your particular unit. This includes the pool, roadways, tennis courts, roof, building paintings, and garbage collection form the collection point within the complex.

Parking
All units have one assigned spot plus there is adequate parking for visitors and or a second car. There are also 73 garages that are separately deeded that can be purchased when available.
